At Rah-e-Falah Foundation, we are committed to ensuring that donations made through our website are processed securely and used responsibly to support our charitable programs and humanitarian activities in Pakistan.
As donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable work, we generally do not provide refunds. However, we understand that mistakes can sometimes occur during the payment process.
1. Donation Refund Requests
A donor may request a refund in the following circumstances:
- A donation was made more than once due to a technical or payment processing error.
- An incorrect amount was charged because of a technical error.
- A transaction was made without the donor’s authorization.
- The donor was charged but the payment was not properly recorded due to a technical issue.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually by Rah-e-Falah Foundation.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible after the transaction.
Please provide:
- Donor’s name
- Email address or phone number used during the donation
- Donation amount
- Date of the transaction
- Transaction or payment reference number, if available
- Reason for the refund request
We may request additional information to verify the transaction and protect against fraudulent refund requests.
3. Refund Review
Once we receive a refund request, Rah-e-Falah Foundation will review the transaction and determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
If approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the donation. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the donor’s account may depend on the donor’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately and also notify your bank or payment provider.
Rah-e-Falah Foundation may request relevant transaction information to investigate the matter.
5. Donations Already Allocated or Used
Where a donation has already been allocated or used for a charitable program, campaign, emergency assistance, or other approved charitable purpose, a refund may not be possible.
Each request will be considered based on the circumstances of the transaction.
6. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If recurring donations are offered through our website or payment provider, donors may request cancellation of future recurring donations by contacting Rah-e-Falah Foundation.
Cancellation of future donations will not automatically result in a refund of donations that have already been processed.
7. Payment Processing
Bank transfer is currently available. Card payments are not yet available and the card screen is a preview pending gateway approval and integration. Rah-e-Falah Foundation does not store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own website.
Payment processing is subject to the terms and security procedures of the applicable payment service provider.
